modern yokomo big bore shocks
Anyone who runs modern yokomo x shocks know how to get the o rings separately? I have only seen the shaft o rings and adjustment nut o rings available separately but not the top caps and bottom caps.. I have looked at the team associated big bore rebuild kits wondering wether they would work for the top and bottom caps, and I can just use the yokomo shaft o rings.... On the yokomo shaft o rings what are most people using the clear whitish or the blue ones? Thanks everyone..

Re: modern yokomo big bore shocks
You should measure the diameter of the shock shafts. Chances are, they are 3mm shafts, in which case you can at least use AE or Kyosho o-rings. As for the adjustment o-ring, if the shock body diameter matches that of other big bore shocks (and I suspect it would), then the same answer applies here as well.

Oops. Well...all big bores are the same diameter, right? I would expect all of the o-rings to be the same size.

Re: modern yokomo big bore shocks
you're right, yokomo doesn't sell separetly the top and bottom caps o ring.
personaly i'm just re-using the originals ones with some green grease and they're not leaking.
for the shaft o ring , i use to put the whitish, but with the new bottom caps i'm gonna test 1blue and 1whitish per cartridge.
