Novak 410-HPc score/question

Evening all! I was lucky enough to score what looks to be a good working condition Novak 410-HPc esc last night! Been looking for one for a while as a backup to an excellent condition 410-M1c I scored from a great guy/seller a few months back. Photo below. Back in the day I used to run all Futaba G plugs, but everything I've bought up for builds to re-live my younger days now is Futaba J. Eyes are little older now so I thought J's would be easier then bending plug pins on the G's... The HPc I just picked up is a JR (Kopropo) plug and I seem to recall that this plug will fit right into my Futaba J plug Novak NER-2x (photo) receiver, since the JR's don't have the flange on the plug like the J's. Is this correct??? I just can't remember and want to be sure whether I need to source a Futaba J plug to replace the JR or not before she's delivered. The JR plug will plug into a Futaba J slot. The white wire goes to the side with the tap.

Just be sure that it isn't pinned for the early Airtronics plug.
