opps, I just found it in the tech forum.

sorry new guy

Has anyone ran the sc10 wheels on their 10T? Is it worth the hassle of converting? I have the fronts and personally I think it's more responsive when turning, only problem is they rub on the body a bit.

no that's his truck, he's my brother-in-law. I did use his truck in one of my post though. He's the one who came up with the Idea of running SC10 wheels on our trucks. He's got the front, and wants the rear but he's worried about the offset.

Yeah that's my truck. It's been torn apart and the chassis has been stripped of all it's paint/powder coating since that picture was taken. I'm currently building it back up. I want to go SC10 Wheels all around but need to know if there is anything other than 3/16 axles and bearings that I would need.

It sounds like a nice truck is developing. I am not 100% sure but I think that's all you need. I have plans to do this on a future projects so let us know if you find any problems. :)

Where do you get the 3/16 axles? Will the MIP cvds for GT/T2/T3 work?

I don't see why not.
If you already have some MIP CVD's These should work with no problems: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXAW08&P=7

Here's mine the outer diameter of the 3/16 bearings are the same size as your old bearings so they will fit the original hub. Incidentally they are the same size bearings that are in the casing of your stealth tranny (upper two gears) and the same size bearings as those running on your front wheels.

What you will need:
SC10 wheels
3/16 rear axles
6906 3/16" x 3/8" bearings

I bought sc10 3/16 axles and sc10 dogbones on e-bay for mine. You can use 3/16 MIP CVDs.

Which inline front axles do you run for the front SC10 wheels? B2, B3, B4, T4?
