RC10B4 WHEELS ON RC10 Gold pan? Do they fit?
RC10B4 WHEELS ON RC10 Gold pan? Do they fit?
As the topic asks, I have a gold pan buggy runner, and need some wheels and tires for it. I like the B4 wheels...Does anyone know if they will fit on correctly? If not, will B2 and B3 wheels fit? Thanks for any help. Mike

There are compatibility issues... but they can be overcome.
If you want to run modern 2.2 tires and still use your original 1/4" axles in the rear you need to search for the Losi made RC10 replacement rear wheels. They show up in the BST from time to time. I think mikedealer had some, and I'm pretty sure I can dig some used ones up. Fronts you can use B2/3/4.

I picked up some b4 fronts and seem to rub when at full steering throw. Does a spacer need to be used or a wider front axle to eliminate this problem?

Use the Associated 7222 front axles with B4 front wheels:matteo wrote:I picked up some b4 fronts and seem to rub when at full steering throw. Does a spacer need to be used or a wider front axle to eliminate this problem?

You'll need the 6221 inline steering blocks for these axles.
