Post by sk7 »

i picked up a gold tub rc10 locally and also got a graphite chassis with it, i am trying to switch evrything over to the graphite chassis . When i put the steering arms in i noticed the threaded ball ends come real close to the chassis is the install right i have took a picture, i wonder if the washer is enough.

You could shave down the ball end threads with a Dremel. I had a car with the same problem.

when your using the stock bellcrank on a graphite chassis, you need to use an 8/32 nut under the bellcrank, to actually tighten the screw to the chassis first. the nut is taller than the washer, and should solve your clearance issue.
