Their surprise shipping setup has always been one of the biggest complaints. I touched upon it in a post here: https://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?p=523143#p523143

I haven't placed an order with them in quite a while so I don't know if anything's changed. What they charged me was always pretty reasonable. Something seems wrong if you were charged $65 on a $9 purchase. :shock: I'd contact them to inquire about it.

Yes, their shipping is quite stupid, and your location probably compounded it.

But their shipping is the primary reason that I avoid them (and Rock Auto).
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.
