what rear arm mounts came with the rc10t?
I am finishing up the details on my rc10 build based off a specific setup.
setup_ChrisVanAir_RC10T
The sheet specifies 0degree hubs, but doesn't mention what mounts were used. Looking at the 7001 manual the truck shipped with 1 1/2 degree mounts and 1 1/2 degree hubs. Did they ever issue a webbed arm kit with 3 degree mounts?

This is what mine shows. I believe those are 1.5° mounts and 3° carriers, but that seems excessive.
I don't like using 3° mounts on a truck, due to the control arms length. To me, it looks odd.

Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

Thanks. I wasn't sure if somewhere along the way there was an update.juicedcoupe wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 10:48 pm This is what mine shows. I believe those are 1.5° mounts and 3° carriers, but that seems excessive.

RC10T standard kit parts are...
4.5 degrees total rear toe-in per side.
6360 1.5 degree rear arm mount
7358 3 degree rear hubs
What Chris's setup says...
3 degrees total rear toe-in per side.
7363 3 degree rear arm mount
7365 0 degree rear hubs
But...Pictures of the rear end and top view show 3 degree rear hubs, and 1.5 rear mounts, on long wheelbase. The pictures are definitely not whats written on the setup sheet.

If you look really close, the car setup and hardware changes slightly in every picture... I assume that liberties were taken for the photo shoot. I'll assume that the suspension setup would have been left alone.Mark Westerfield wrote: ↑Thu Oct 06, 2022 5:57 am RC10T standard kit parts are...

The setup sheet lists the toe in at 3 and the hub at 0. The car was using the mounts came with the kit. but given the rolling changes on associated sets I am not sure what that would even mean.
I think I have 6366 and 6360 on the truck now which would meet the 3 degrees setup.
BTW how can you tell the rear mount and hub angles on sight?

Just used to looking at them for years, lol. I have a setup system. But given the available options, I tell by the hinge pin angle and by looking at it and the part design.

Look at the rear hubs from the top down view, you can see the angle change at the hub. The other hub that has a similar design has zero degrees. so you can easily see the difference.
On the rear arm mount, the 3 degree has two different newer style designs, and the 0 degree has one newer style design.
