I am running that on my sons car. Make sure you have the correct top shaft.BohemianBabyDev wrote: ↑Tue Nov 09, 2021 6:26 pm Would this Kit work for the mod?

Note that this one https://www.avidrc.com/product/5/accessories/3506/Associated-Aluminum-Topshaft-B4-Stealth-AV10062-accessories.html
Does not have a built in spacer, similar to the kit original top shaft.
I had to put a bushing between the stealth transmission body and back of the triad slipper plate for it to tighten down and work properly.

Do you have a picture of where you set the bushing as a spacer and how it should look?
What size bushing? or Brand?

Re: Upgrading top shaft of stealth
I used the associated 3/16 brass bushing that the front tires use. I set the bushing between the back plate of the Triad. It buried in the felt seal.BohemianBabyDev wrote: ↑Fri Nov 12, 2021 2:29 amThank you for that, at least I know what to buy to upgrade my RC10T stealth.JosephS wrote: ↑Tue Nov 09, 2021 8:55 pm I am running that on my sons car. Is there a reason that you need to upgrade the slipper? I have one truck with the stock slipped and one with the stock slipper and I don't think I could honestly tell the difference once they were set.
