Optima Mid Special LWB Question

I am new on the forum hi everyone
I got an old Special Custom with the gold flat aluminum or steel chassis.
I have no upper deck.
Chassis could maybe be run this way but has a bit of flex.
Can a Lazer zxr upper deck work?

We also have the reproduction OTW-6 top plates for the LWB chassis and we are USA based. Not sure how much the other guys sells for but ours are $24.50 plus $4 shipping. Best to pm for more info if you are interested.

Ah I didn’t realise you had these, I’d go with the Factory Works version as I think it will be a closer visual match to the original, I think the FIbre Lyte ones only come in carbon weave.
