CORALLY 1/10 PAN CAR MODEL ???
I found this car and have few question.
What model is it.
Where there an carbin version if it.
It looks like an 1/10 but for sure this is much more narrow then an associated 10L model.
The car look pretty good shape.
I think I have plans for this car but not sure yet.
I could be easy to make an carbon version of it.

Re: CORALLY 1/10 PAN CAR MODEL ???
If it says Corally on the axle, is made of alloy and a 1/10 pan.
My guess would be SP10 ?
Hope Your plans doesn´t include tarmac

Re: CORALLY 1/10 PAN CAR MODEL ???
Oh, then Yours must be the last of the Alloys - SP10X.
I know nothing about them, besides having 2 SP10´s now and having a SP12 when I was 16-18 years.
We used to run Schumacher TC´s indoor at winter time. Most of the others had some fast setups, and I was just strolling around with the offroad electronics from the Mid.
When I bought the SP12 I was no longer left behind

I thought the only narrow car they did was the CCT? Which would be mid-1990s, together with the C-10.isobarik wrote:Was there more then one alloy sp10 ??? ts funny i have had one of those wierd touring narrow u used to run an bmw m3 touring body on mine. Re: CORALLY 1/10 PAN CAR MODEL ???
The axle on my SP10 is adjustet down to 230mm between the outer edges of the rims.
Seems like it could be at least 40mm wider.

Re: CORALLY 1/10 PAN CAR MODEL ???
230-235 mm is the normal (and race-sanctioned) width of a modern Pro-10. A narrow Pro-10 car is 200-210 mm wide. Often the axles allow for wider cars, but good luck finding a decent body for those...DennisM wrote:The axle on my SP10 is adjustet down to 230mm between the outer edges of the rims.

Re: CORALLY 1/10 PAN CAR MODEL ???
There was two 1/10th Corallys with an alloy chassis, the original SP10 with the two wishbones joined by a thin link, and the SP10X with the trailing arm as seen in DennisMs photo. The SP10X was replaced by the SP10G, virtually the same but with a carbon chassis instead of alloy.
The standard Corally setup was around 210mm wide using Corallys own wheels, although the axle is easily long enough to add spacers on the axle to increase the width. There was also a version of the SP10G running standard pan car wheels, which was 240mm wide called the SP10GN, and a narrow super speedway oval version using pan car wheels around 210mm wide called the SP10GS SS.
