it is possible to run B4 trans in old rc10

maybe new shock tower with hole for the wing and hold the trans or something close?

Can anybody remember or know what year MIP transmissions first came out? I've got an Edinger with one in it and was wondering if it would still be considered period correct with that transmission installed. Thanks for any input provided.

Hello everyone

I've looked through all 16 pages of this forum to see if I could find an answer to my question 1st, but I found two conflicting answers.

What is the gear ratio of the stock six gear transmission? is it 1.87:1 or 1.83:1?

So the question here is durability. I'm looking at a trinity d5 flatliner motor for my car. It's the 8 turn version and It's brand new. My question is if my first generation stealth transmission will handle the power and torque of the motor? I don't...

A new can?? I would be more worried about the armature being burnt from the heat even though it looks just fine to me. So would any mod can work? This motor looks to be about the size of I believe a 380. I'm not really sure. Also how would I handle...

I realize the original can sometimes be reused, but what does everybody use in place of the felt gasket in between the stealth and the motor plate?

I snatched up one or two new felt ones before they disappeared, and I still use an ETA brand red...

There was a company that sold ones made out of foam that i always used. I'm sure if yo ugot yourself a piece of foam rubber the appropriate thickness you could jsut make your own as i do now for trannys i run.

i found a new in bag MIP tranny part at a hobby store today, i believe it is for a rc10 tranny since it was in a box with a ton of old NIP 6 gear tranny parts, but it is definetly not part of a 6 gear tranny.

it was $16 i think, it is a White...
