Losi Slipper Spur question...
Hey Guys,
I'm converting my JRX2 to have a slipper (as in the A3110 Friction Slipper setup) and will soon have all the parts listed, but I need to know what Losi spur gear P/N's can I use on it, because the spur listed in the instructions (A3906) is long gone. I guess the newer double disc slipper spurs are non-compatible, but what are the specific P/N's that will fit a regular Losi slipper? Please help.
Thanks as always!

Re: Losi Slipper Spur question...
not sure if you already have this info or not, but any of these should fit, if it makes your search any easier:
A3910 (90t orange)
A3908 (88t green)
A3906 (86t red)
A3904 (84t purple)
edit: if you already have the tranny input shaft which is compatible with a slipper, you should be able to get the dual disc slipper parts and make it work, check out the post on this link from RCveteran with a modern slipper/spur on an LRM tranny:

Re: Losi Slipper Spur question...
Yes, if you have the single slipper input shaft the outside slipper plate fit right on for me, no modification at all and can now run modern Losi spurs with the advantage of a dual slipper. I only have one race day on the dual slipper but no issues at all.

Re: Losi Slipper Spur question...
Only one problem guys: I can't find those losi spurs anywhere (a3906 etc), and the thrust bearing a3125 is discontinued. Anyone know the newer p/n's for these or possible subs?
Thanks

No I'd rather go single disc because I have everything but an 82T 48P spur and a thrust bearing for it...

Re: Losi Slipper Spur question...
You can convert the single slipper to a dual slipper using the A3111 XX Double Disc Slipper Conversion Kit. I believe that goes for any car using the A3120 (JRX2/T) or A3060 (XX) Slipper shafts. Someone please correct me if I am wrong about this. Just search the net for LOSA3111, you can find em around.slow_jun wrote:

Re: Losi Slipper Spur question...
What are the XXX / XXX-T parts included in the A3111?
It seems like it just has a couple of standard Losi bits in the bag for the sake of convenience; are there any actually unique items in there?
I have a single slipper / hydra-drive set-up on an LRM; I would like to try a dual-slipper set-up to see if I like it; I am told that it is more consistent run-to-run than a single slipper.
Does anyone know what the parts in the A3111 kit actually are so we can look to pick them up separately?
