Its the top front plate that sits between the front shocks that the front body mount attaches to. Part no.'s are TM-20 - 20deg, TM-21 - 25 deg and TM-22 - 30 deg. they seem to be pretty scarce! Banzai Hobby is the only place i've found them so far and a few on ebay us.

Don't think it would have been the pro, that appeared on the cover of Dec 87 RCMC and was in white and blue.
