Futaba Manum Jr inherit newer ESC?

I got a n oldFutaba Magnum Jr. Radio I picked up with my RC10 "A" #6010. If I upgrade my Traxxas Stampede, can I pass the Traxxas XL-5 ESC to the RC10 and still use the Futaba radio? The Futaba radio/servo is in good shape I had wanted to pickup a used VXL brushess ESC/motor or similar com...

Re: Score - Traxxas Stampede +

Got it installed, and I added front/rear aluminum upper links from Integy and Dynamite aluminum shock caps.

I just picked up a set of red aluminum front a-arms and steering blocks off eBay.

Ebay Score... decent prices. I'd still pickup B4 stuff if I found it cheap. This was a bit cheaper since I don't have to mod anything. :) Picked up a set of front and rear rims, OEM size, chromed plastic...good rubber http://i1099.photobucket.com/albums/g394/dg98adams/RC10_frontwheels2.jpg?t=1299182...

Re: LHS was a bust for ANY #6010 RC10 support :(

Oh the LHS offered nicely to order stuff for me.... uhh, .. no thanks. I KNOW I can order on my own already, I was trying to buy local if possible. They have a big inventory, but it seems to be for road cars and the new stuff, etc... which I understand. I have bought some stuff for my Stampede XL th...

LHS was a bust for ANY #6010 RC10 support :(

Hey, I knew it was a shot in the dark to check the LHS for some stuff to convert the front end of my gold pan to RC10 B4 stuff to use modern front wheels. I got the buggy complete except the front wheels are really wide rear wheels. I only had to pickup a eBay motor to get it running, but I want to ...

Re: New to Me - RC10 - Part ID

I am changing my Gold Pan RC 10 front steering blocks to the newer RC10B4 steering blocks/axles... course, that means new front wheels in the more common 2.2 size. Send me a PM for part numbers I'm gonna use.

Re: *Parts needed to run modern 2.2 rims/tires on your rc10*

Once I get my used Vintage motor and get my vintage ESC (Novak T4) connected I think I am going to put B4 front axles, steering arms and steering blocks on my 36010 Gold Pan. I want to use cheaper modern tires up front. I have 2 sets of OEM truck rears rears with good tread (one pair spike and 1 pai...

bad motor Vintage RC10 #6010 Gold Pan :(

:? I picked up a #6010 gold Pan with a Novak T4 esc, and some modded parts. Well, after going thru the tranny, and charging a battery to test out the electronics, I think I have a bad motor. The servo works in either channel 1 or 2 slot, and the Novak puts voltage (~8v) at full throttle out to the m...

Ok, so I can get this straight. For the Front of my #6010 gold Pan car (I don't have any narrow rims/tires for the front) From Tower Hobbies Rims $5.99 each DuraTrax Front Wheel White Evader BX (2) http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXCXT5&P=SM http://pics.towerhobbies.com/imag...

Re: Nitro Rustler vs electric Stampede diff in Front Bulkhea

Lowes did not have a very large Metric selection, but I did find a 3mm machine screw (slotted round head). I would have preferred a socket cap or phillips, but that's all they had. I went with a length that just protrudes thru the show tower/bulkhead 2-3 mm. In all, all I needed was 2 over priced me...
