A real shame indeed! I bought a couple of shells off him and they are great and he was a peach to deal with! I know what it is like to be taken advantage of. It just takes a few to ruin a good thing for everyone.

An original is not worth much if it is so rare that it cannot be used! I would gladly sacrifice an original for 10-20 repros. If you use the original for you car it would still leave you with nothing for future projects. Even repros would fetch a high price too! Not to mention the unending gratitude...

I think it has a lot to do with the type of tracks you will drive. The lay down shocks would probably be better for hard packed dirt and grass with more rounded jumps and bumps or even indoors.
