Re: Turnbuckle Woes

I am going the route if 'I want this guy to run' :-D

They don't need to be the original hardware. So if they are black, white, orange, pink cups, it is fine to me (I might need to get a new shell to match is all :-D)

It is why I am also open to using different sized hardware that will still fit.

Turnbuckle Woes

Hi all. I am looking for a bit of advice. I am in Germany trying to find a turnbuckle set (including balls and cups) for my Cadillac RC10, but having a real tough time finding the 4-40 set here (or it is super expensive if so). I can get a lot of AE parts, turnbuckles, etc, but aren't they latest RC...

Re: CC/12LS 4-2

That is just cherry.

I always wanted an rc12 as a kid. I don't know of any indoor tracks in my area that I could justify getting one either. I will just drool at everybody's awesome cars on here.

Have fun with it!!!

Re: Replacement Rea

JC Racing will be releasing some soon. Keep an eye out. Otherwise you are stuck with expensive vintage parts or marked up defunct rerelease parts. Is there a specific website where they announced this? I would be interested! :-D I cannot seem to find the worlds replacements for them at the moment.

Question on re-building RC-10

Hi all, So, I have been asking questions on things for my RC 10 (cadillac). I am replacing a few missing electronics and will be doing a re-build to make sure the shocks are in shape with oil, re-grease the gearbox, and do a general clean up overall. In reviewing everything before I start my project...

Need help locating RC10 Classic Bearing Kit in EU

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone had any leads where one could get a bearing set for an RC10 classic kit in the EU (Germany). I have a Cadillac RC10 that is missing some front bearings bought thought it might be fine to just replace them all at once. So far I am not having any luck in getting a goo...

Re: antenna length, mounting and other questions

Just for future folk who take a look at this thread:

new school short antenna did not need the straw. I just tucked it along the chassis and the car drove further than my eyes worked, so I am set. :-D

Re: antenna length, mounting and other questions

yeah, I am hoping I can just tape it to the inside of the body tub and skip on the antenna tube.

antenna length, mounting and other questions

So I recently got a new Neo Fighter with a new radio. I have been out of the hobby for a number of years. When I got the receiver, I noticed the antenna wire was WAY shorter than my old receivers of my youth. I was wondering is it ok to tuck this long-wise on the cars body or do I still need to use ...
