B2 question

Does anyone know the measurement difference(s) between the B2 short and...not short chassis?
What were the performance/handling differences?

I believe shorter wheelbases have the advantage of maneuverability at the expense of stability.

The shorter chassis' were intended for small tracks with very tight corners.
