Newbie from nc

Post by cole455 »

Just joined a few days ago but not my first post. I started in rc with a kyosho 300zx in, I guess about 92? Then in the spring of 94 I got an rc10 worlds car that I assembled and drove casually in front of my house for about a year, which has been parked ever since. I'm a corporate pilot and enjoy flying rc planes in my spare time, but thought it would be nice to dust off the cars too; so here I am.... I'm not planning on driving the world car, but I do have a couple beater gold pans and some spare parts coming next week that I plan on running.

King has a good sized outdoor off-road track, there are a few others close-ish to you

I've never been to the one King.... Is it next to king rc? I fly planes at hobby park; there's a track there too, I figured I'd take a car next time I go.

One pic of my rc10.... I need to clean it up and take some better photos.

Appreciate the heads up. I watched some YouTube videos of races out there, not sure how I missed the track. Have you ever run in any formal races there? I assume the track is open during normal business hours? Thanks
