Body question

Can someone tell me what this body is? I believe it is the front of a Tomahawk body but I'm not sure. It came on an Ultima that I picked up last year but it doesn't fit well.

Thanks! The guy I bought this car picked it up in Japan. It has obviously been well used but a long time ago. The tires were all flat spotted and cracked.
