ShoeGoo in a blop on the crack, and don't worry about the lexan re-inforcement. You won't need it. If you want bulletproof, a piece of mesh window screen plastic weave in the 'Goo will leave an almost fiberglass-like fill.
I have a first gen XX buggy and am looking at putting the team bluegroove Kinwald xcellerator body on it. Is it a direct fit for an early XX? Didn't the chassis get longer with the CR?

Yup - as Cedric says - the kit spec chassis length was the same throughout the XX production run -> XX, XXCR & Kinwald. The Xcellerator was a popular choice for owners of older XXs when their original shells needed replacing.
Can someone tell me what this body is? I believe it is the front of a Tomahawk body but I'm not sure. It came on an Ultima that I picked up last year but it doesn't fit well.
I can't seem to find a definite answer to this question so I hope someone here can help me. I have an RC10 Graphite Team Car. What body did the graphite Team car come with? Associated literature say's it was the Protech II but pics I've seen of the...

The ad that I posted in the Vintage Ads thread showed both Team cars from 1983, and the ad shows both cars coming with the Viper body. At the very least, I know most of the Associated factory guys used that body. ;)
I can't seem to get an answer from JConcepts so I thought I would ask here. I bought the JConcepts RC10GT Authentic Body - 6131 and I did not realize it did not come with decals, and my question is what decals are supposed to be used with this...

Hi
Thanks, I was looking at the MCI decals before posting but didn't know for sure if those were the ones I would need. As for the other body I'm planing on getting would I need to get the MCI 1/10TH ASSOCIAT - RC10 T3 / GT3 DECALS?
I just ordered the 6134 from TBG. I read on here that it will fit the blue chassis. Is this the same flat fron body that came on the original, just longer to fit blue chassis? Can someone show me what decals went on that body? Thanks

The 6134 body is for a short blue chassis . The front of that body is flat like the original body 6131 . The 6131 original body for the black pan will work on a short blue chassis if you change the rear shock tower to a narrow one . MCI has the...
I have in possession a Pro-Line Deja-Vu-Tu body NIP. I know that this body is no longer made and that's why I'm asking if anyone of the repro guys would like to make a repro of it. I know I wouldn't mind a Deja-Vu-Tu being repro'ed a few times ;).

What does that have to do with the Pro-Line Deja-Vu-Tu?
the first post has been edited, it did reference the dodge body also.
I picked up yr4 off ebay and as with almost all my purchases it's missing the body. Is the body i need a 190mm or 200mm?
Also wondering what model of yr4 it is. pics pulled of ebay as I haven't received it yet.
Thanks
Rob

See how the body fits as it is first. If it's too wide chack for new wheels with offset: lots of choice on different offsets since drifting got big.
The wider axles are expensive; it's not just axles but U-J's.
If it's only a mm or two per wheel:...
