shock rebuild

Post by RC Chick »

I am replacing the shock piston on my Rc10 buggy but I don't know which piston to use. The package comes with a set of 4 numbered 1-3. What is the difference in them and which ones should be used for bashing and light jumping. The rear shocks are going to be using either green or silver springs and the fronts will be silver.

since i suck at describing some stuff, have a look at this. it will help you get an idea of how the shocks work.

i'd put the #2 pistons in it, with 30-35 weight shock oil. it's a place to start anyway.
