Are B3 and B4 wheels inter-changeable?

Most of my stuff is old school, but I recently got a B3(kinda old school) on ebay and it's time for new wheels. When shopping for wheels are the B3 and B4 wheels inter-changeable? Thanks in advance

You will get away with running B4 fronts on a B3 but the rears are completely wrong.B4 rears have the same off set as the Losi XX/XXX.

My Losi XX and XXX buggies have different rear wheel offsets. The XXX wheels are a narrower track on vehicle.

You need to put B4 hub carriers with enlarged hinge pin hole and B4 driveshafts in it to run B4 rims
