-mask around the holes/posts and fill the area with plastic epoxy:

-drill the back part of the hole in the wheel with a 1/4" bit to fit the rc10 axle.
-sand the epoxy smooth and flat.
-cut a slit for the axle pin.
-put a big washer (this is a body post thingy) on and use a an 8-32 x 1/4 Brad Hole T-Nut (available at your local hardware store). done! and ugly!
