If anybody is interested, you can ask for the files for the A-arms. After I had more or less all parts I designed the arms to give it 246 mm of width using "modern" wheels.
They are longer than old RPM because the "modern" wheels have not the same offset as vintage ones.
Parts used:
Chassis, noseplate, front bulkhead: RC10T
Transmission: Thunder Tiger, fitted with adaptor parts, CAD-designed an printed from black ASA
Rear hub carriers: Thunder Tiger
Rear CVD and wheel axle: B4
Front C-hub and hub carrier: RC10 design with added pad for set screws (no E-clips needed), printed from polyamide (Neat NT)
Shock towers: homemade, milled from 2mm carbon, rear original outline, front with added holes to fit buggy needs
Shocks: Don't remember maybe some RC10 T4
Hinge Pins: Made from 3,2mm steel bar stock
A-arms: designed in CAD an printed from natural polyamide (Filamentum Nylon FX256), if they break I will mill the next ones.
Designed a clamp to fit the mini-drill into the old lathe to cut grooves for E-rings in steel rods:
