Re: What if... RC10B1.5 BFG 5LTi
Wrapped this build up (... maybe?) with electronics, body and a wing.
PDI Zeta Pro Micro programmable ESC
Novak Mercury FM shielded receiver
Cobra Little Pee Pee runaway stopper
First receiver spot was stacked on the steering servo but some minor wire routing adjustment made it fit on the left side of the chassis
. . . .
Factory Works wing mounts
Traxxas wing buttons
homemade wing
. . .
Body shell stolen from parts stash for my Top CAT project. I really like how the back of the body transitions right into the front of the wing

Well done sir! That is a great "what if" concept and, as usual, excellent work throughout.

Re: What if... RC10B1.5 BFG 5LTi
This is one of my favorite builds, but a few items with the chassis setup keep bothering me. There's 10 more holes than necessary. I'm not going to convert it to mid motor, it's not going to get a smaller steering servo, and it's not getting RC10GT nose tube braces (from blue pan chassis). Those 10 holes can go away. Also, it's a little too wide at the nose plate.
Time for a version 2 chassis plate to clean up these issues.
. .
To celebrate the new chassis... another sticker to cover some more white space! Woohoo!
