Welp, still haven't gotten around to my Pro-SE yet but I did get a hold of some electronics so in they went.

Re: My JRX2 restore/race build
That is an amazing build! I love the two cars together. Everything looks perfect. Could both be box art cars.

Re: My JRX2 restore/race build
Thank you both very much, it's been a lot of work. Still need to get a box art body painted up but she looks so good as is I'm not sure I'd use it lol

I might as well just turn this into a Losi mega-thread with all the projects I still need to work on lol

Re: My JRX2 restore/race build
Welp, since my local track closed down I've only been able to race in SoCal about once a month. Next weekend I plan to hit up a couple tracks so I figured I'd go through a different JRX2 and bring it along. Had a stainless screw set laying around so installed that, cleaned/polished hinge pins, cleaned and re-oiled all bearings, rebuilt the diff, rebuilt the shocks and working on electronics. She is a runner so didn't go too crazy on the build
Not sure why the pics are upside-down, if you click on them they are right-side up

Getting tires at the track then she's ready to rip!

Re: My JRX2 restore/race build
Well, only got a chance to run her once as I was trying to get the most time in with my other 3 cars. Nothing broke so I consider it a win lol Even with the front bulkhead full of lead, thanks to the 5-link she was pulling wheelies from a dig with a fixed timing HW 17.5 geared 29/72. Didn't have the time to get her dialed in but still had a blast.

Re: My JRX2 restore/race build
Getting the runner ready for the Kinwald Classic this weekend. Going up against B2s and XXs so I doubt it'll be all that competitive but it will be fun! Hoping my 88/89 vintage Tekin ESC600 Pro XT holds up, was surprised it even worked lol

The car may be vintage but the track surface is not

I'd love to run the Kinwald Klassic. But I won't fly and it's a long ass drive.
