Holy moley...
I do find it interesting how we get excited over bits of colored metal. I consider myself a part of that group. It's like geek jewelry or something.

Look at the pic closer. There are buggy and truck nose plates.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

They made both in all colors. Finding them (in decent condition) is another thing all together.

I may be wrong and correct me if that is the case, but I don't think Associated powder coated any motor plates only chassey's and nose plates.
Remember it's either a runner or a shelfer. Everything else is just parts.

Correct, no motor plates cause the powder coating would cause the motor to run hotter
