Are B3 front wheels (9481Y) made of nylon or plastic?

Are B3 front wheels (9481Y) made of nylon or plastic?

Hey, would someone know if the B3 front yellow wheels (9481Y) are nylon? I have a few of those and I am wondering if I can dye them black. It doesn't say on the package and I can't find any info. Thanks!

I'm like 99% sure they are nylon. Which is plastic, but dyable.

I'll add another 1% making it full 100% - yes they are nylon just like the natural (blond) ones except with yellow colorant added. They should take the black dye just fine.
