Those side by side comparison photos are very helpful, the cars appear to match perfectly – well, with one exception. Now, you just need to go out there and get it dirty!
It’s been a very long road but the car has turned out great -- one of the most accurate replicas I've seen to date. Congratulations.
Body and wing are next??
I can't recall specific details from Fred's last post on this topic but has he finished his car?

The body is done (not Masami replica) and I just need to touch up the sides of the wing. Not sure where Fred is at; has had his hands full as of late and haven't been able to touch base with him. I have my replica runner finished as well; all modern electronics and wheels/tires. It doesn't have beefed up arms so will be interesting to see if it holds up.XLR8 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 11:46 am Those side by side comparison photos are very helpful, the cars appear to match perfectly – well, with one exception. Re: After 4-yrs...my '91 Stealth has begun
This car has had a LOT of difficult parts to find; Yokomo wheels, tires, copper springs, aluminum transmission brace screws, etc. That said, the single hardest item to track down was an Airtronics 94151 servo. It took me 5-yrs but finally nabbed one
