duratrax bumpers for losi xx

Hi there
Just wondering if anyone has tried dying black the yellow/green or blue nylon bumpers that fit the losi xx?

I have a blue one that I picked up from Dan a few years ago and ended up dying it black with RIT dye.

Looking at it now it's still black, and you can't tell what colour it was either.
~I'm a lot older now than I was then and wish that I knew then what I know now~
