lets talk bumpers for second

Post by sbednara »

Cars been in the garage for a few years and I'm dusting it back off. My son will be getting a set of keys soon and Id like to increase my insurance. I need a bumper and skid plate. I've already dented the front end pretty good but id like to protect the current condition. And the bottom has its fair share of running marks. this is no shelf queen but Id like it to last a while longer.

I found a few on eBay. just curious if anyone has a strong recommendation for either.

Here are some of the ones I found. I'm leaning towards the gold colored skid/bumper combo.

To my eye the kydex bumper looks most useful and appealing. It could actually soften a hit the car may take.

The have the corresponding rear skid plate cover

The 3d printed skid plate would do it's job but the front bumper is only decorative.

The crp bumpers are good and I have one of those style bumpers. They just look rough in the link you sent.
