Optima/Ultima spur

Haven´t seen this version before - any ideas?

Is the center part removable? The big spur part looks like standard issue, but the center looks like its pressed in, or just a misaligned mold? I have the thorp under and over drive sets, and they dont look like that.

Yes, the inner part is steel and pressfitted.

How does it differ from the special center gear from the Pro XL and others? I have one somewhere but can't get to it to see, but here's one that Monogram has listed on ebay

I do - it rests on a Ultima Pro V1 (aluminum chassis) Apparently it sits as it came from the factory.
Hardened final pinion and special center gear.
