Well, it was worth a try
the wheel diameter is too small for our huge hubs. Need to get Brian to shrink em for me
It is really wide In the front, but looking at original pics of the MIP they were also

Hahaha, I'm running a Viper body now, so no lossPhin wrote:Looking that good is definitely worth losing the "second or two advantage" a cab-forward body gives you.

Re: Ten4: the 4WD RC10 project
I just listed my tensioner for sale for the carbon fiber/composite chassis conversions. I also have another model that is centered (slightly more forward) that will give better belt wrap if needed. Both are listed for sale. I didn't offer polished because I thought it took away some detail in the teeth. You will need to tap the screw hole and lightly sand the post to fit in the bearing.

Re: Ten4: the 4WD RC10 project
Couple questions, would this still be legal for vintage 4wd racing since its still a RC10?
And I think I missed it reading all 35 pages, but any differences in using the worlds car nose plate and tub? Im thinking about that and using my flat plate and nose plate for my MIP 4wd shelfer.

Worlds tub is fine but you need the uncut nose plate from a standard team or CE kit. Not sure on the vintage part, hard to say

Re: Ten4: the 4WD RC10 project
Here's a car I just finished for a customer. He wanted a roller with a black chassis and white plastics, so I built him this SWB version based of a World's rere chassis. Almost everything on the car is brand new, except the white front arms and the rear Stealth. The car came out really nice, I think he's going to be happy.
