DS chassis question

Post by marlo »

My question is specific to the DS chassis. I know it was a black tub, but what stamping was on that tub? Late B, C? or were both available. Was the Worlds chassis also included? just wondering, Thanks for any input.

There have also been reports of black A stamp chassis without stealth holes in the box, although I don't know that I believe it. I have not heard of milled chassis showing up in the box but that one I do believe as Associated was great at using up stuff as they went. The DS was the last platform to use the chassis so I'm sure at the end it was fair game.

Don't forget that there was the conversion kit as well, which meant as long as you had any RC10 except the graphite, you could turn it into a DS.
