That looks like a nice clean truck dave, the white is pretty crisp. I take it you only use it as a light runner? I love those tires but they're discontinued.
Whaaat?! how come that conversion worked for you? I had really bad bump-steer issues when I converted mine. Bump steer is when you compress the suspension, the steering changes. It was so bad I converted it back to stock 10T.
It's all about getting the height right. If you had them assembled improperly or didn't have the outer ball ends shimmed with washers those could have contributed, but otherwise it shouldn't have changed anything as far as ball joint height which is where the bump steer would come from
It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas Factory Works website
I bought these off eBay hoping to use them with my WOIN racer and ballbearings. Not sure what arms they are or what size bearings to use. I think they may be Houge, not sure.

If you've got any, you can use a couple of the shorter screws that the GT/DS servo saver uses and then go with 1/8 x 5/16 bearings.
I don't know if the Thunder Tiger AT10 screws are the same diameter (could be metric) but the screws I'm talking...
Hey guys, just dug my old RC10T out from storage after 20ish years. This was my first real RC car that I raced for several years, then both my nephews raced it after me. We just recently decided to give racing another go, and I figured it would be...

Thanks, I will put a servo saver on the servo. I plan on putting a brushless set up in it and maybe race it once in a while on the local dirt track. I am thinking just going with a 17.5 or maybe a 13.5 in it.
The manual shows the Worlds car being built with a black 6254 bell crank steering but I saw another one in a online French museum with white bell cranks. So is white correct, was it first supplied and then replaced with black?

I deferred to the written word in the manual and went with white. I think it looks better in white and it also justifies the $45 the white nip bell crank steering set me back.
I am going though a semi-buggy conversion of a RC10T I found locally.. I just picked up a set of aluminum bellcranks from an RC10 and noticed my steering was all messed up - (see pic below)... I had to lengthen the linkage between the crank arms to...

Post deleted - I guess I did have the other holes... DOH!!!
I have a big dilemma. I just recently picked up both the Composite Craft and RPM ball bearing steering new sealed for my RC10T, but can't decide which one to open up and install. Which would you guys recommend I go with? Or would the A&L steering...

I think I'll try the composite craft see how it goes. Thanks
Anyone no the difference between the 10t vs rc10 rpm enhanced steering kits?

Here's a picture of the 2 kits. As mentioned already, the difference is the length of the arms. The second picture tries to show that difference as best as I could.
Just tried to install this RPM 8012 steering kit on my 10T, but the center tubes are loose over the stock 7306 nose screws and the right side screw is too short for a nut on top. I dont have the instructions (if there were any) or...

The blue screws are the same as the older gold screws, but instead of sending them out for two colors of anodizing, they just stopped selling the gold ones. This happens fairly often, and hobby shops and suppliers will usually just find out when...
