Sorry I'm sure it was a RCPS Turbo Mirage with no scoop, and you are missing one critical stripe. The red is more of a fluorescent orange. Cliff's bodies were all painted by Derek Furutani.

Mrlexan used to reproduce the scoopless turbos years ago, so you may be able to find someone that has one and will part with it. I know mrlexan doesn't have any more.
