Converting RC10 graphite and RC10 B3 axles and wheels.

Can someone help me identify what needs to be done in order to convert my B3 and Graphite RC10's to the new 2.2 wheels and tires.

The axles are different as you can see in the pictures.

I am looking for the parts needed to make the B4 wheels work. Currently the B4 wheels rub on the shocks due to the large offset of the wheels.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

some could work on the b3 too i guess. i know there's a thread around here with someone using b4 rear hubs and rims on their b3.
