Rc10boi rc10gt
Finally after weeks of ordering and installing parts, I have finally got to where I wanted to. Body will be on shortly. Just waiting for it to arrive.

Re: Rc10boi rc10gt
NICE SETUP with the GT!
I see you went for the MIP 360 Stinger...i got a little tip for ya in order to keep that pipe looking if you intend to run your truck....
Cut a piece of fuel tubing length wise and place it in between the pipe and shock tower. This will keep the tower from rubbing into the anodized layer while the truck is vibrating from the engine. Ive kept my pipe looking sweet through out its life.

Nice truck.
Personally I would get rid of the unnecessary electronics, but that's just me.

Shew! That is one sweet bitch! The GT is still my favorite version of any r/c truck. A true classic. Stock body or something more interesting in mind?

I contemplated on that but decided to go with the nipple. Looks more finished even with the goob of jb weld.

Re: Rc10boi rc10gt
lol, the fuel tubing i was referring to would go on the shock tower between the pipe and the shock tower it goes through, not the fuel tubing that goes from the pressure fitting on the pipe to the fitting on the fuel tank.Rc10boi wrote: Nice set up on your gt also! I used a 90 degree pressure fitting on mine so the pressure tubing goes straight to the fuel tank. Check out the fitting in this pic

That's what I was referring to. I should get a 90* elbow like yours. Much nicer! Thanks for that tip! Say, how do you like the Robinson spur and clutch bell combo? Was contemplating to get it but thought it would add weight .
