Re: Shock absorber rebuild?
Were can you find the parts for the original gold shocks with the snap ring from the bottom?? I know the red o rings are still available but the plastic bottom washer and metal clip and spacer. I did not know AE made this type.Does anyone know the best way to rebuild these, thanks.

Re: Shock absorber rebuild?
Traxxas rebuild kit should cover all the pieces you need. I just don't like their x rings but the clips and washers should all work
The retaining clips and orings are available thru McMaster Carr also but I haven't found the washers.

Hey Gomachv how have you been, nice to hear from you.I checked at tower hobbies on the traxxas kit , is part# 2362 the correct one? Can I use the newer red orings from the current rebuild kit that AE has on the market, I think they are 1/8. Wow that McMaster place has the stuff, what part number do you use to buy in bulk for the orings.THANKS again Pal, glad to hear from you. Now if only you could solve problems for congress

Hahahaha that's funny, hey curious the original plastic ring that seals the cap on the shock, what do you recommend I use since mine are missing and some are in bad shape.
