T2 slipper- was there a running change?
Did associated make any running changes on the T2 slipper? I recall late GT's and I thought T2's coming with the new style slipper that came with the B2. Can anyone confirm? I know they are compatible, just want to make sure it is proper

the t2 and b2 used the same slipper as the original stealth. the inner was different on a gt do to the brake disc.
b3 and t3 used the second design.

Re: T2 slipper- was there a running change?
Ahh well it's the B3 style I'm thinking of then, the gt originally used the standard early slipper with a longer roll pin for the brake hub. Later they switched to the newer slipper that uses the large bushing instead of the small one. I could swear the T2 was a running change as well but maybe not

Re: T2 slipper- was there a running change?
was there a hex that slipped on to the standard stealth inner hub on a gt or was the hex built in? i don't remember how mine was and i only ever had one gt. i could give 2 sh--s about gas cars. the only reason i had it was because i got it for free.

It was two pieces with a long roll pin, and usually ended up stripping out until you went to a metal brake adapter

Wasn't there a running change in the B3/T3 slipper from a yellow-ish slipper pad (I don't know the part number) to a slightly larger diameter white slipper pad (ASC9253)?

The brake hex was an add on that slipped over the hub.
Edit: speedracer beat me too it... and yeah the plastic brake hex was worthless!

Yep- and that's the running change I was hoping to find dated back to the T2. Doesn't sound promising thodldiaz wrote:Wasn't there a running change in the B3/T3 slipper from a yellow-ish slipper pad (I don't know the part number) to a slightly larger diameter white slipper pad (ASC9253)?
