4-40 for everything but the slipper and front axles. Don't use metal on the front axles but if you do they should be 5-40.

the axle is aluminum
Its easy to strip the axle with steel nuts, sometimes rip the threaded part right off, and it's unsprung weight

If you want to try before you buy, try the slipper nut (gold) on the front axles and make sure my brain isn't pooping the bed
5-40 is unlikely for anywhere but a good hardware store or hobby store
