Re: Losi XXT Runner
Looks great Fakiee! Looking forward to see what you do with regards to painting a shell for it
These trucks make great fun runners for sure..... you may want to consider a brushless set-up at some point in the future, these trucks handle so safely they can sometimes feel a little underwhelming with a mild brushed set-up, but also for a fun-runner the maintenance free nature of BL is a real bonus!
I was thinking about Mytimac's thread on re-producing certain Losi parts - I think the XX series lexan gear cover would be a worthwhile part to get made - it certainly something thats perhaps more feasible to get done compared to the injection moulded parts..... & I'm sure there's many a XX or XXT that needs this cover!

Very nice Andy, just getting the last of my parts together for the 2 XXT's i 'm gonna build this winter.
Bluegroove do a lexan xx gearcover, havent ordered any yet but i presume they should be okay.

fakiee wrote:Thanks Caine, yeah it came out great, but this is Jammin's hard work really. I may have XXT parts if you need, except from the obvious rear wheels and chassis brace which rarely turn up.Caine wrote:Very nice Andy, just getting the last of my parts together for the 2 XXT's i 'm gonna build this winter.
Didn't know that, so that's good to know. Might have to buy a few now.Bluegroove do a lexan xx gearcover, havent ordered any yet but i presume they should be okay.

Re: Losi XXT Runner
I just picked one of these up as well.
Any progress? It has been awhile I know, but never hurts to ask.
