The MRC Road Winner is one of my faves! Classic! Plus I could have guessed it right away...

I remember converting one over to a real radio back when I worked in the hobby shop. Fun car. See one on eBay every once in a while. Tempting:)

You mean the plastic 2 stick it came with wasn't a real radio?? The radio is as big as the car! I remember putting a Twisters 540 in mine. Only took about 12 hours to get to the motor to replace it!

please read the rules before playing

THE RULES

1. HAVE FUN

2. only one guess per contest time allowance

3. ALL members welcome ** Also if the international rule is not ineffect by the new contest holder, and a international player wins! the international winner must automaticly have to valadate any international winner on there contest example ( if your are from germany and you win a contest that the #3 rule was waived you have to honor any international winning answer on your contest you cant enforce rule #3 and lock the contest to europe)

4. As a winner you are the new contest holder/ once CONTEST is over please! PM the winner to get his/her address so you can get there prize to them, if you do not want to give a prize away to the winner of your contest please DONT PLAY it is not fair to the WINNER,

5. dont be a sore loser are a arrogant/sore winner

6. remember the GOLDEN PRIZE RULE

7. MUST BE A MEMBER allowed in the BST section

8. no edits of post if there are any signs of a edit member will be disqualified from that game

9. BE HONEST

10. rc must have the original body ,are a remake of the original body, If the chassis didnt come with a body use a different car

11. if contest holder wants to edit a rule or rules from there contest it must be posted on there starting post ex-rule #3

12. failure to READ and go by the rules is a automatic disqualification/your guess will not be accepted/We will know if you read the rules

RULES CAN BE REVISED AT ANY TIME ! ONLY TO MAKE THE GAME BETTER IF YOU FEEL A RULE NEEDS SOME TWEEKING SPEAK UP!

This one may be a little harder.

i think the foil was a lil to loose gomachv
also i know i have laid back and i think jkracing has laid back to let some other people get in on it
it seemed like jk and i where just sending stuff back and forth
maybe we can spice up the contest and post a pic of the prize they could win
to get some more players
just a thought
what do you guys think?

be honest, I am stumped...the red narrows it (in my little mind) to a few companies, but the frp chassis throws me off.

I tried to wrap her tighter but the old body literally crumbles! This is one that in am sure a lot of us have never seen-but i kinda figured the Aussies would get it tho:-)

I agree farmer its too few players. If nobody gets it by tomorrow I may have to resign until I get more bodies for my cars!

You got it Alex! Did the body falling apart bit give it away LoL

The only good part about this car is that I only paid about $25 for it:) the radio, gearbox, mount, speed control, and body are all garbage. Doh!

Honestly, I only got it because of this eBay listing, which arrived on eBay Aus this morning... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Vintage-Spica-Road-Runner-RC-Car-Not-Tamiya-Kyosho-/200787245151?pt=AU_Toys_Hobbies_Radio_Controlled_Vehicles&hash=item2ebfda385f#ht_500wt_1322

But hey.... I win!!!

Now to find something that I can add as an entry..... keep those eyes peeled!

Hey that's cheating;) I like the look of that one on eBay! I saw mine listed on the US eBay site as a tamiya and had never seen one before. Figured it was worth a bid. After a little research it seems they were popular in Australia  crazy car.
