U-Joints match for Nikko Brat

I have been busy searching for a match for the UP works gold U-joints for my Nikko Brat.
I found a match they are from the Tamiya Top Force.
The only thing is that the dog bone part is too long.
I was wondering if there are similar U-joints that match the Tamiya Top Force ones.
They have to be shorter. Or can I take the U-joint apart, keep the part where the wheel goes, and
match it with a shorter dog bone?
