Finally got my ultima pro running =D
after 2-months finally got all the parts to get my ultima pro working. Holy smokes is it fast for an 18 turn brushed motor!! Im worried the original tires might get eaten up quick, any suggestions as to an after market tire that will fit the original wheel?

Are you using a modern brushed motor? Because those are fast compared to vintage motors...18-19T modern brushed is comparable to 12T vintage.
Also NiMH and especially Lipo have more punch and voltage than NiCds...

No, it's a vintage kyosho 18-turn motor that was hardly ever used I will try to get some videos of it running soon. Im using a 3000 NIMH trinity battery.
