It's been kind of disappointing that this event hasn't gotten quite the buzz as the previous VONATs....Honestly this event has been one of my favorite events, and I look forward to it every year. I just hope that some of you make it.

This buggy I plan on running in the Classic class. Pretty much a bone stock Falcon with the exception of Losi springs and HPI superstar wheels and J concepts tires. Same combo I ran on the Frog.

Yes, they're B44.1 cradles, the center piece would not fit in the center, the packs fit really snug in there, if anything I'll just use a battery foam in there.... :mrgreen:

Decided to run the Sand Scorcher at the VONATS this year instead of the Pajero. It is going to be mostly stock, except for the VW Bug body from Mr.Lexan, and the handout motor at the race.

The CA vapor results in some residue on the carbon fiber parts. I've had that happen many times.
I'd recommend that you do yourself a favor and ditch that sensorless motor. Get a proper sensored motor for this car. Turnigy makes some great motors...
