Yeah sure is fyberlyte , only the chassis and shockmounts, althogh i am going to get the top deck and link mount to match i think as they is a little diffrence between the two.

I have built it with more new parts than are in the pictures but i never pictured them .

Ah i see , i know it wouldnt be using it as a racer so i never bothered sanding and super gluing the carbon edges as sometimes it can go wrong !

Lovely build 8)

Quite a car to start out racing with thats for sure.... they were quite a challenge to get set-up even for experienced racers.... how did you get on with it when you raced it?

Cheers for the kind words, i now have a body sprayed up for it, i will be picking it up at the weekend and get some shots up , i have a few others bits too to add on but will again get some pics up at the start of next week maybe . i have been digging out some period ish radio i hope to put in soon too.

@ derbydan , it was my 1st 4wd , i had been racing 2wd for a while before i got my mx4, i recon i was around 15/16 when my dad got me the kit i spent ages building it! a few other lads @ my club also had them so they was abit of help around, i cant really remember how it went other than it was soooo HEAVY ! so trying to get it around the local clubs grass track for 5 mins was hard, it would be a slow 4.5 mins then it would dump !!

I'm suprised to hear that it is a heavy car with all that carbon etc!

I certainly don't miss that struggle to get your car to last a 5min race on a pack of 1700s... which is why I stuck to 2wd buggies. Of course now we have no problems at all with the efficient brushless motors & high capacity LiPo Batteries. Its kind of sad because I'm starting to forget about that whole motor/battery management side of this hobby which is now gone :|
