Way too many, I have over 30 RC-10 I have bought up to refin, and about 8 RC-10's I am working on for myself, included is a custom epoxy G-10 road chassis, 4wd MIP, and a custom design aluminum Chassis. The RC-10 refin-rebuilds are more like therapy / art project. Its very relaxing and a great distraction, and I like seeing these go from start to finish.

Ok... His collection is amazing.. I actually got to hold an RC10 with the MIP 4x4 setup... I saw the purple car that is on ebay right now... I saw a completed green ano car, and a bare setup green set and "edinger gold" set. Top notch stuff. He showed me the chassis's that are ready to go out this week (from other members here as well)

The mask is better in real life than in the photos. ;)

I suggest that the better the parts are you send him for anno- the better the results will be. Most scratches are sandable, but... you can only do so much. The irony is that you would not re-anno your best stuff. I would say that the redo is a way to save and motivate otherwise scratched up, non-shelfer stuff back to life in another direction that will be awesome again!

Romulus, it was great to meet you in person. :)

Hey Man great having you by, we will do our best on your chassis, and hope to hang out again, you really know your stuff . If you like the colored chassis, stay tuned because in about a week i will have a chassis that is a 5 color fade from tip to tip. Really out there.

Onward and Upward,
Romulus

The purple car looks great. I would like to do one like that but only in blue.

Sad, it was all original complete as i got it from the original owner, just with new anodizing and upgraded aluminum shock tower. Oh well crap happens, live and learn.

I am angry. But if I wasn't the high bidder, I have no say.

On the same note, I think the fellow that I bought my "Craigslist" find car from thought I was going to go racing with my boy using his old car. I think he would be proud to know that his original MINT early bulkhead graces my Blue Project RC10, several sets of the MINT/NIP Graphite/TQ wheels are going on shelf queens worldwide, and the MIP trans/twister motor will be going on a project that is in my mind using most of his original parts, yet to be revealed.

Tearing a completed work of art into pieces for an opportunist is against what I am personally about. Maybe its different because I actually saw and "held" this car in my hands.

Can you imagine if someone bought the Mona Lisa and sold EACH EYE on ebay?

What would you pay for her "grin" in an 8x10 ?
