ok more from me..
i am sticking with the 32p gearing. I modded my VXL rustler to 32P gears to prevent stuck sand and flat out stronger gears.

I plan on using about a 8.5t motor on 2s lipo.
Does any one have a suggestion to what pinion size to use with my 54t spur?

Also where do i find that CF triangle shaped battery hold down strap i see in soo many pics..

I believe thats an atlas part you are talking about. He is repro-ing them and usually has them on ebay or in the b/s/t area when he has a batch on hand.
