Here's a long overdue update.
1. I got my powder coated chassis back, it appears as if they didn't remove the anodizing off the chassis, but it still looks good enough to be a runner. Can't complaint much, I only paid $25 bucks.
2. Used a counter sink tool to remove the coating from the holes and decided to counter sink a couple more holes.
3. I wasn't counting on cutting the chassis (not confident enough with the Dremel), but after mock mounting the body I decided to slam it.

I think I did quite an OK job, not smooth like all other cars, but it works...
4. The bearings on the steering were worn out, so I decided to ghetto rig regular RC10 front wheel bearings to work with the steering. I cut down a pair of Losi XX front axles, used them as steering post, use some axle spacers to keep the bell cranks from sliding out, a couple of shims to keep it from binding, and voila.... new bearings and a silky smooth steering.
5. I used the RPM tranny brace and front bumper from the Ultra Molded Kit.
I still need the front hinge pins, which I ordered from Tower, along with a new set of Tie Rods, need to pull out the axles from my B44, mount the rear shocks, and paint and mount the body.
Here are some pictures, excuse the poor quality...
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Life is like a box of chocolate, you never know what R/C car you're gonna get next!!!
